Will the jewellery tarnish or turn my skin green?
Absolutely not. All our pieces are made from high-quality, water-resistant stainless steel, no cheap plating or mystery metals. That means no tarnishing, no flaking, and definitely no green skin.
Can I return a custom piece if I change my mind?
Since every piece is made just for you, we don’t accept returns on custom items. But if there’s any issue with quality or the order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. Your satisfaction matters to us.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How long will it take to receive my custom jewellery?
Our current production time is 5 business days for custom orders. Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link. We balance speed with quality every piece is made with care and precision. Please note: these time may vary based upon demand.
What if something goes wrong with my jewellery after I get it?
We’ve got you covered. All our pieces come with a 1-year warranty. If your jewellery fades(which it won’t), breaks, or has any issues due to craftsmanship, we’ll repair or replace it. no hassle, no extra cost. Just email us with a photo and your order number.
